Policies:

At TongYan School, we highly value our families and aim to provide clear and comprehensive information regarding various school policies. Please take a moment to review the important policies outlined below:

Refunds for Withdrawal:

TongYan School permits parents to request a prorated refund for their child's withdrawal before the beginning of the second class of each semester. In these cases, parents will receive school credit that can be utilized for future enrollment or other school-related expenses. However, once the second class begins, refunds are no longer available. Please use this link to submit such request.

Refunds for Missed Classes:

TongYan School understands that situations may arise where a child is unable to attend their regular class. In order to provide flexibility, we offer the option for children to attend the same class at a different time, if available. However, please note that TongYan School does not provide refunds for missed classes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.

Class Cancellation:

At TongYan School, we carefully monitor enrollment numbers to ensure optimal class sizes. In the event that a class has low enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel it. Rest assured, if a class is canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be promptly issued to the original method of payment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.

Transfer Policy:

If you would like to request a transfer for your child to a different level within the same class, we are pleased to accommodate such requests once per semester. To initiate the transfer process, we kindly request that you send an email to us at info@tongyantang.org. Our team will assist you further in facilitating the transfer.

No Guarantees or Warranties:

At TongYan School, we strive to assist our students in achieving their goals. However, it is important to note that we do not provide guarantees or warranties regarding a student's performance as a result of our tutoring services. Test results and other outcomes ultimately depend on the student's efforts and abilities.

Limitation of Liability:

In the unlikely event of litigation, TongYan School's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the services rendered.

Other Terms & Conditions:

TongYan School reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel a class or withdraw a child from a class. In such circumstances, the student will no longer be able to continue enrolling in the class. Rest assured that within 10 business days, TongYan School will issue a pro-rated refund to the original method of payment for all remaining unused classes in the semester. Please note that this refund will serve as the student's sole recourse in such situations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.

Severability Clause:

In the unlikely event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, said provision shall be severed and rendered inoperative. However, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain operative and binding upon the Parties involved. This ensures that the overall validity and enforceability of the Agreement are maintained.

TongYan School reserves the right to capture and utilize photographs, videos, or recordings of participating children, parents, caregivers, or accompanying individuals during our classes or associated activities. By enrolling in our programs, you consent to TongYan School's use of such media for advertising, promotional, or related purposes.
