MLP Chinese 2nd Grade

Service Description

The Fall Semester includes 14 weeks of classes, on Sundays, from 09/13/2026 - 12/20/2026. There will be no class on (11/29). Due to Stevens Cooperative School’s campus policy, parents may enter the building only on the first day of class. For all subsequent classes, students should be dropped off and picked up at the designated entrance. This class is for heritage learners who have completed Ma Li Ping 1st Grade and are ready to continue building their Chinese literacy skills. Using the Ma Li Ping 2nd Grade textbooks, students will expand their vocabulary, strengthen reading comprehension, and deepen their understanding of grammar and sentence structure. While writing is included, the focus remains on listening, speaking, and character recognition. Lessons also incorporate cultural themes, helping students connect with Chinese history and traditions in a meaningful way. The price includes the Ma Li Ping heritage Chinese textbook set, which will be distributed during the first class.
